•  Deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

•  No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays

•  Every order is carefully packed in to cardboard boxes for delivery. This minimizes movement of items during transport and also stops dust from settling on any cellophane used, keeping the gifts as new. You will also be able to store large orders at your premises safely without fear of them being damaged.

•  Great Ideas is located at 197 View Street, Bendigo, Victoria. All orders are available for pick up by you from this address during normal business hours.

•  If you are a corporate member then we will deliver your order to your door FREE of charge.

•  For all other orders the amount charged will be determined by the quantity of the order and the destination of the delivery.
 
•  When an order is received, we will determine the most practical and cost effective method of delivery and advise you by phone of any additional costs. At this time we will also advise you of an estimated time of arrival.

•  We currently use door to door couriers - Couriers Please and Australia Post - for safe delivery Australia wide.
