Conditions of use

A 50% deposit is requested for all branded orders with full payment to be made prior to pick up/delivery.
Branded stock will not be accepted for exchange unless it is damaged or faulty at point of delivery.
Cancellations &/or alterations to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch.
Our merchandise is ordered in advance and while we make every effort to have stock available of all items in certain circumstances an item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with a close alternative of equal or greater value.
For photographic purposes some hampers have been featured with additional props. Unless an item is listed it is not included in the hamper.
Purchases (including gift hampers with alcohol) can only be made & delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.
